NOPE , that wouldnt eliminate ANY of the current Congress idiots . Not only cant I think of a single Congress Critter in recent history that didnt at least have a college education , Ben Franklin never finished a high school level education and he was one of this Countries sharpest minds and greatest diplomats .

I'd prefer some test on American History , an essay on their view of the role of Federal Govt , things related to insights into their views , etc .
