OK after reading 30 or so pages, I realize im going to need a lawyer to translate this all for me. You would think in today's age of wisdom, we could write a paper like this in such a way the average layman can read it. If there is one think I know about law and the way they are written, it is that they can make some thing sound wonderful even when in plain english it would sound like a disaster plan.

That judge broke down US v. Miller the RIGHT way. This is an outstanding victory.

But...the US Supreme court has not upheld this decision yet.
