I just picked up my SIG Sauer P229 after Eric redid the finish on the frame, and it took care of the issues that bugged me before. He is a great guy to talk to and is also a veteran, plus for those of us that served.

Just had Eric free up the magazine tube on a Mossberg 500 for me. Trying all the other tricks short of flame left me no where and I really didn't want to take my propane torch to it, damn that Loctite Mossberg uses. He did say it needed a lot of heat. Great guy to talk to. Wish I had more time to do so. Busy but physically small public area of the shop. It can get crowded real quick. Looks like I've found a go to shop that's not far from home.

Glad I found this thread. I spoke with Eric yesterday, I'm going to have him install tritium sights on my sig and do a little other work.

$50 minimum charge. But when you're not sure exactly how to do it yourself, its cheaper than screwing something up.

and, a 3 week turn around.

was enough of a motivation to buy an mgw tool and do it myself. I get making money, and, making ends meet. 3 weeks for a 4 minute job is where I balk.

Stopped by and was quoted that it would be $365 "at the most" to have a barrel cut down. Too pricey for me. Seemed like nice people though.
