That is such bs. Young punk kid looking for an easy buck!!! That is the problem with the U.S. today. Full of kids who want a fast buck and don't want to work for anything!!!!! One of the reasons I will be movingf rom Philadelphia, all big cities and other Urban centers have this type of problem , It will never be solved for any number of worthless reasons. Mainly because the MFers that breed this type of vermin are too much like him , they learn it at theirs mothers knee.
