Re: Group says 10 key laws curb illegal gun trafficking
The most accurate parts to the slides were the nice, clear pictures of firearms! Other than that, most of it was WTF is this group talking about?

Re: Group says 10 key laws curb illegal gun trafficking
They seem to think that straw purchasing is legal, that having a FOID card would decrease crime, and that allowing every friggin' town to make its own gun laws would also help.
Yeah, delusional.

1. Pennsylvania does not have a law against buying a gun for someone who can’t.
This is wrong YES PA DOES HAVE very strong laws against this. And the Brad Fox law has made the penalty for straw purchases more severe.People always ask me why i never smile.I TELL THEM IT'S BECAUSE MY CORPSE IS STILL BREATHING AND THEY DON'T FUCKING GET IT!

Re: Group says 10 key laws curb illegal gun trafficking
I've learned that it's impossible to correct everyone on the Internet who is wrong. There is much wrong in this POS slide show.
On a fundamental level, it's VERY wrong to demand that every law be both a state and federal statute. That bypasses our protections against double jeopardy, if every alleged offense can be prosecuted first by the state, and then again by the feds. Few people have the financial resources, or the free time, to endure 2 lengthy criminal trials. We already have too many duplicate state/federal laws, we hardly need more of them.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
