    It is a horrible waste. I hope the elders find out who did and take care of it within the community. I would think that they wouldn't take to kindly to some of their own being so waste full.

    not to poke light at a terrible situation, but the bumper sticker did stirck me as kinda funny. By kinda funny i mean I almost spit the water I was drinking all over the screen.

    I edited the original post because I felt that my own statement was uncharitable and unfair.

    It's a damned shame that people who have the right to subsistence hunting would do this sort of thing, but it's just as much a reflection on the breakdown of the communication of tribal values from one generation to another as it is the lack of values in the greater non-indigenous society as a whole.

    We were no better when we got to the Plains and encountered the buffalo. So many were slaughtered for nothing more than their hides and their tongues, nothing more.
