PA Legislation which must be killed!
Senate Bill 191: Would implement a gun-rationing scheme and limit law-abiding gun owners to the purchase of one handgun a month.
http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/...type=B&BN=0191
House Bill 239: Would require all firearms to be registered with the Pennsylvania State Police. As we know from experiences in California, Canada and Australia, gun registration enables gun confiscation—only from honest citizens—since criminals do not register their guns.

House Bill 518: Would infringe on your inherent right to self-defense by repealing important self-defense provisions enacted in 2011.

Re: PA Legislation which must be killed!
Did someone need ANOTHER reason to oppose mandatory transfers of long guns at an FFL?
I don't want to derail this, but if some form of "limit" WERE to be imposed, well, there you have it - you're fucked.
Without the FFL there is NO way to enforce a purchase limit. (for long guns)I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Anyone else read that as "legislators that need killed"?

Re: PA Legislation which must be killed!
The idiocy is just jaw-dropping amazing.
You know you would think that if they wanted our laws to emulate other countries out there then why would they not just move to those "wonderful" places?
"We love our country and believe in our Constitution...but we want to change it completely."
Pathetic.

Re: PA Legislation which must be killed!
It is dead before arrival. This over ambitious tripe is a way for the anti-gun ownership political hacks to grand stand in front of their like minded constituants as to say, look at me, I too am doing something to exploit the moment. None of this over the top legislation would have a chance of passing in Pa., even if our state had a democratic house, senate, and governor. In the early nineties when legislation was introduced to outlaw the ownership of a number of semi-auto rifles, the prospect lost by a two to one margin in a legislature that was controlled by democrats who apparently had a desire to stay in office.

Re: PA Legislation which must be killed!
While that is good, for the moment, we still need to raise hell AND figure out ways to remove those from office who would even write or sponsor this legislation at all. Even if it means that another person of similar inclination gets put in their place after they get kicked out, they still need to be kicked out for this. There needs to be be pain they cannot ignore.

While I am not a fan of the Republican Party establishment, at this point, anyone who votes for a democrat, in my opinion, is enabling tyranny and treason. Their mask is off and they are all in. They want to disarm Americans. Period.
A Republic, if you can keep it.
