This guy nailed that congressman to the wall.Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.

I bet he didn't have a response. If he was smart, he would have just ended the meeting right there.

Re: Town Hall retribution from a Marine veteran
Oooh Boy.. I fear for my rep points but here it goes..
1) While I honor his service, why does his feel the need to use it in a manner that pretty much states "You can't question what I say because of my serivice"?
2) He needs to learn what Nazism was. It was a Facist system. Not Sociasm. This is what annoys the living shit out of me. Nazism was a corruption of all systems, both right and left wing. It was the worse of all catagories of human nature. Too many people have a horrible and fundimental misunderstanding of basic history.
3) Posting a 2 minute clip that refers to something about Educating Kids or "Indoctrinating" them is a huge BS tactic. We indoctrinate kids as a rule of course. Pledge of Alliegence anyone? However I suppose it's ok if we happen to agree with what we agree with what their teaching. Stay away from my kids? Give me a friggin break.
4) "Letting you keep your health insurance". Perfect example of hearing what someone says and twisting it to the most radical edge that agrees with what you already believe. The one's who came up with that was the right wing, so when the Democrats respond saying it's not true, they get attacked again on it.. It's a circle of stupid.
5) Who ever said you won't be able to keep your own health insurance? Point to the part of the bill (that isn't even finalized yet) that says you can't. He's argument is based on something that doesn't exist.
6) Brownshirts? What the hell? Does every damn political party think the other side has brownshirts? This is 2009, can we please fucking stop using the goddamn term brownshirt?! You're a brown shirt! You're a brownshit! I'm so @#$%$# sick of that term, people use it so much that nobody knows what it even MEANS ANYMORE. It's 100% great and you get tons of +rep when you call the left brownshirts it seems.
7) To compare Palosi to Hitler would be to compare "The Godfather" to "Scary Movie" in Film making skill. It's a joke...
8) Yet again, nothing constructive came of anything. All I saw was alot of venting and anger. Over healthcare?! People are pissed because of the entire direction that the country is taking. Healthcare MAY be the final straw but it's not the entire cause. He had his 2 minutes and did nothing but rant and get some cheap applause. Hope he felt better, because that's pretty much the only thing that it accomplished.
9) We're doomed. We are so utterly fucking doomed.Last edited by Morel42; August 23rd, 2009 at 11:09 AM.

Re: Town Hall retribution from a Marine veteran
Nazi's were the National Socialist Party
Fascism
Nationalism · Authoritarianism · Third Position · Single party state · Dictatorship · Social Darwinism · Social interventionism · Indoctrination · Propaganda · Anti-intellectualism · Eugenics · Heroism · Militarism · Economic interventionism · Anti-communism
Fascism, pronounced /ˈfæʃɪzəm/, comprises a radical and authoritarian nationalist political ideology[1][2][3][4] and a corporatist economic ideology. [5]
Fascists believe that nations and/or races are in perpetual conflict whereby only the strong can survive by being healthy, vital, and by asserting themselves in conflict against the weak.[6] Fascists advocate the creation of a single-party state.[7] Fascist governments forbid and suppress criticism and opposition to the government and the fascist movement.[8] Fascism opposes class conflict, blames capitalist liberal democracies for its creation and communists for exploiting the concept.[9] In the economic sphere, many fascist leaders have claimed to support a "Third Way" in economic policy, which they believed superior to both the rampant individualism of unrestrained capitalism and the severe control of state communism.[10][11] This was to be achieved by establishing significant government control over business and labour (Mussolini called his nation's system "the corporate state").[12][13] No common and concise definition exists for fascism and historians and political scientists disagree on what should be in any concise definition.[14]
Following the defeat of the Axis powers in World War II and the publicity surrounding the atrocities committed during the period of fascist governments, the term fascist has been used as a pejorative word.[15]Last edited by PocketProtector; August 23rd, 2009 at 11:16 AM.
