AR15 pistol receiver
Can I legally build a pistol from a stripped ar15 receiver, or do I have to physically go to a ffl,
and register it.

Re: AR15 pistol receiver
1. There is no registry in PA.
2. If the receiver has never been assembled as a rifle, or was first assembled as a pistol, it may be assembled as a pistol.
3. There is no registry in PA.
4. Don't put a stock on it.
5. There is no registry in PA.

Re: AR15 pistol receiver
So you can build a Polymer 80 glock pistol. As long as you keep it (more or less). Building an ar15 pistol polymer 80 should be the same if I'm correct??
I did an ar pistol and told the FFL is was for a pistol lower. Played it safe.
This one has everything.

Yes. Build away!
It's not a pistol until you assemble it as one.

Re: AR15 pistol receiver
Question: My magwell adapter supposedly takes uzi "style" mags, well my uzi mags dont work,
due to a missing slot cut out in the mag.
Have any of you ever cut a slot in a mag so the magazine catch works with the mag?
I have 4 25rnd mags that need slots cut out, but if it wont work I dont want to waste my time and ruin ,
the mags. Thanks.
