Cabelas Delaware Trip

I am thinking of taking a trip to the Cabelas in Christiana Delaware in a couple weeks after a trip to my new shooting club in Delaware County. It would be most convenient for me to go to Delaware immediately after my range trip, so I would have guns. I understand that a PA carry permit isnt worth anything in Delaware, but what are their laws regarding longguns or handguns, unloaded and with locks on them? It would be in a crew cab truck, so they would be in the backseat and cased. Any reference to appropriate Delaware law would be appreciated.

I am referring more to locked and cased long-guns. I am not looking to carry anything in DE, just make a trip to Cabelas after a range trip.

And to the guy who told me to google it, I did, and everything I am finding relates to carrying a handgun. I was born and raised in Jersey, where you cannot make any assumptions at all when it comes to gun laws.

Why not avoid that and just go to the Cabelas in PA? A little farther away but if you already know the laws in PA might just be easier in that aspect.

The Hamburg location is double or more the size and just better across the board. Stay in PA.

Went to Cabellas in DE this morning, and to my shock, they had a good number of CCI Standard Velocity .22lr in 100ct and 50ct. Bought 4 100ct, and saved the rest for the next surprised person.
