Are Rep comments subject to moderation and disciplinary action?
can mods view rep comments and issue infractions based on their content?

I think this has been addressed, but can't recall where, and I need to run.

Stirring up the "rep topic" usually ends badly.

For future reference there is no written policy on this so far. If it got that far it is more likely I would simply turn negative reputation off.
