Is it against the LAW ???
Is it against the law to sale ammo you allready own? Including shipping it? My first hunch..yes, but that's just a guess? And NO if it's unlawful, I will not do it!

I don't know about GA specific laws. You do need to obey the shipping rules for sending ammunition, see

UPS and Fedex will both ship ammo as long as you follow their procedures.

No shipping through USPS. UPS and FexEx is fine, mark ORMD,
Selling is dependent on state/locality. In Pa. it's not an issue unless you are re-selling/dealing._________________________________________

Well if it's legal anyone want Ammo Discounted?
Ammo .40 S&W American Eagle FMJ 165 Grain 50 Round Box's I have about 20,000 rds of it so I could sell a few thousand..yes I want a new Colt 1911....If posting here is wrong, I apologize in advance but my FFL is holding the Colt for me for 2 weeks. I gotta hurry!

PS:Our sherrif's dept. use's this ammo for the trainee's in the academy to practice with.
