Remember last month when the CIFTA Treaty first came up ?!
CIFTA was the treaty that got headlines right after Nobama's Mexico trip . The one that was never ratified by Congress . The International Small Arms Treaty . Bet you didnt know that IF it ever comes to pass , the registry of privately owned small arms would be accesable to EVERY signatory Country . It would also mean anyone found in violation would be extraditable
I simply cant believe the US Govt would possibly allow US Citizens to be tried in International Courts , yet thats exactly what it sounds like is possible . And frankly given the Admins position on the warm and fuzzies of Internationalism , his and Holders support for gun control ; plus Ruth Ginsberg wanting to base SCOTUS decisions at least in part on the "wisdom of International Law " and Harold Koh (Harvard Law Professor and Nobama pick for State Dept openly advocating the application of shia law in US Court Cases ) I wouldnt be surprised if they did try to get rid of all us " rabble rousers .
