HK p2000(sk)
Anyone on the forum have a H&K P2000 or P2000sk? Do you like the gun? Problems etc? I turn 21 soon and am looking for a pistol for conceal carry. H&Ks have caught my eye and I really like them. Also if anyone in Chester County has one and maybe wants to let me test drive it, thatd be sweet.

I have an HK P2000. I love it. No problems at all. I went with a .40SW with the DA/SA trigger. I tried the LEM trigger in the shop. I hardly noticed a difference between the two. The SK with the finger extension felt great, unlike some other sub-compacts. You are good with any HK P2000 option you make.

Re: HK p2000(sk)
I love my P2000. I have the .40 with an LEM trigger. It's very accurate and reliable. I am a lefty so I really like that all controls are ambidextrous.
My only complaint is the price tag.Last edited by SSCUSTER; May 8th, 2007 at 08:59 PM.

Re: HK p2000(sk)
I wouldn't suggest the P2000 or SK. Several of my friends have had failures with the P2000 and SK. If you do get one make sure you don't get it wet. They easily rust. I carried a Glock 26 for conceal carry for some time, never had a problem. H&K has not make these findings public. Good Luck

Re: HK p2000(sk)
Ive had 2 of the SK, a 9mm DA/SA and a .40 LEM. I liked the LEM trigger best. put about 500 though the 40, no problems.
the 9mm was real easy to shoot, pretty soft recoil. friend of mine owns it now, has a few thousand rounds fired, no issues or malfunctions.
would be my first choice if i were buying a sub compact 9mm or 40

Check my post under PISTOLS. I have a lot of experience with this gun as it is my issued piece, and have literally carried it everyday of my life for the past few years. Shoot me an e-mail if you have more questions.

507 Outfitters in Greentown has HK 2000SK in .40 S&W for $599. Very nice condition. LEM trigger and short reset on the second shot. Comes with box and two mags (I think) Is that a good deal?

Re: HK p2000(sk)
I rely on my p2000sk daily and I have NEVER had it malfunction. I've shot everything through it, including the Winchester white box ammo and it is has cycled without an issue. Phenomenal handgun

I'm a Glock guy, but when money doesn't matter and you're looking for the finest polymer frame semi-auto pistol, Heckler & Koch is the IT.
