Ok I'll bite. I'm always interested in learning a different way to do something.

1) Where are you sitting right now? Upstairs in my recliner about 25ft away from the steps that face the front door.
2) Are you wearing pants with pockets and a belt? Not exactly, do pajama pants count? They have pockets big enough to hold my cell and a pistol the size of a Walther PPK if you tie the drawstrings
3) Do you have shoes on an what kind? several pair downstairs ranging from runnning shoes to combat boots
4) What gun is the closest to you? Walther PPK
5) Where is your pistol? PPK is arms reach away in a holster with extra mag. Next is my G27 downstairs in my coat with 3 extra mags and a surefire
6) Where is your shotgun? currently in the gunsafe due to small kids visiting the last few days
7) Where is your rifle? again currently in the gunsafe due to small kids visiting the last few days

i get up fairly early, to walk my dog; i get dressed first thing, then walk him, then come back home to eat breakfast. i stay dressed for the rest of the day.

my apartment isn't ideal for defense, unless you're into last stand scenarios. there's only one way in and out; the windows are too small to get through in a big hurry.
