National Parks - a challenge
After seeing someone post up an event at Valley Forge for the weekend following the upcoming change in carry rules at National Parks, I've begun planning my own event for that same weekend (at Gettysburg).
I realize that weather conditions will likely not be favorable for a long gathering, but I would love to see similar events at NPs all over PA. If you live near a National Park, please consider organizing a similar event!
*The rules change on February 22nd.Last edited by gnbrotz; December 26th, 2009 at 08:16 PM.

Re: National Parks - a challenge
So does the rules change actually say that OC in parks is legal or just that carry is legal and we take that to mean OC or CC?

Re: National Parks - a challenge
Ok, again, Nat'l Parks will follow State carry laws.
That means in PA, OC or CC is legal. The rangers have been informed.
Staffed buildings are still of limits.
This means you can use an outhouse, if so needed......
PA State Parks, under DNCR Regulation, are CC only....Last edited by fingers80002; December 26th, 2009 at 09:56 PM.
