Shipping- please help
Before I start, YES I've already read the sticky and been on just about every website possible.. I just need a yes or no response.
Is it possible and legal to ship a firearm from my location to a buyer in PA. This is not a modern firearm or old enough to be classified as antique. It's a 40's era military bolt rifle. I nor the buyer has a c&r. Can I ship to his location direct or do I need to ship to an FFL or have it shipped by an FFL. This may be common sense to some, but it's just a precaution so I'd figure I'd ask, thanks

Re: Shipping- please help
As a PA resident, you can ship a long gun directly to another (non-prohibited) PA resident via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. No FFL involvement is required.

Re: Shipping- please help
As gnbrotz stated..
However, most carriers will not ship a firearm without a FFL on one end of the shipment.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag
