Police Department Under Fire After After Its “Assault Weapon Arrest” Post Goes Viral

This is not an assault weapon. Repeat again with us. Assault is an action not an object, there is no such thing as an assault weapon. This is just a basic AR there is no feature on here that makes this AR15 any more lethal than any other modern sporting rifle…

Needless to say the post has gone viral with many weighing in on the issue mostly against the actions of Stockton PD.

But according to Stockton Here is what classified this BARE BONES AR15 as an “Assault Weapon”

Just let the stupid of California sink in for a second. Done? Ok. Here’s how all those parts or a combination there of make that AR15 even more deadly. Are you ready? We will even use pictures to make it really simple…

Now before some of our followers get on us or start posting things like, “OH EM GEE TS is bashing cops!!!” That’s not the case. But what we will say is that there are plenty of outstanding Law Enforcement Officers that will not violate your constitutionally protected rights even if it is state law as seen with the various Sheriffs around the country or this gentleman below

The only thing that made it illegal was the fact it was in California… The only crime really committed here are the horrible blue and red controls but that's for another discussion.

What do you think? Did they violate their oath and step on this individuals constitutional rights? Did they go too far? Let us know in the comments!

Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Imagine if ICE posted the same bragging every time they deported some illegal alien.

People commit crimes, objects commit no crimes. Someone here illegally is thousands of times more likely to commit a crime than any AR clone is likely to be used in a crime. That's not me exaggerating. That's common sense. EVERY illegal alien breaks the law every day they remain here. They break more laws by driving without licenses or insurance. By working under the table. By stealing identities. By stealing trucks and trailers and lawn mowers and other "yard work" equipment so they can work off the books and undercut Americans.

We have maybe 30 million AR-clones, plus tens of millions of other "assault weapons" like carbines and Rugers and others. Rifles are used to kill fewer than 400 Americans per year. Illegal aliens commit millions of crimes, including some of the gun crimes.

I'm guessing the rifle does not have the Commiefornia required "bullet button".

I posted a comment to that fakebook thread that I was willing to rescue the rifle and bring it to a free state. I haven't gotten a response yet .

In my personal quest to definitively answer this question I have purchased or assembled a half dozen of them. It might take another half dozen to come up with the answer and we still may never know.

TO PROTECT THEMSELVES ---- FROM THOSE WHO WILL NOT HONOR THEIR 'CREATOR GIVEN' AND CONSTIUTIONALLY RECOGNIZED "INALIENABLE RIGHTS'...!!! (yes - I know you said that in jest)

No matter what positives, anyone might find in living in that state, they cannot overcome the penalties imposed by the idiotic minority with which one is assailed...!!! As did the founding fathers (and the 3%), the people of that state (and every state) need to find the courage to stand up for their rights...

The contrast is 'a 3% minority' standing up for the rights of everyone versus 'that minority' only pushing their socialist agenda that will deny recognition of the rights of 97% of THE PEOPLE...!!!

Kalyvornja has imposed so much law requiring warnings be printed on a container, there is barely, if any, information on how to use the contents.

About 25 years ago it passed laws protecting the mountain lion. In the practice of protecting them, it affects the ability to hunt deer...which was the actual purpose of the law to begin with. A few outdoors people have paid the price of more mountain lions with their lives. It might be interesting to examine that situation on a percent basis, and compare the injuries and deaths with those involving "assault weapons".
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

When the people rise up against a tyrant, any gun will be helpful, but long guns are the most helpful. Pistols are mostly useful for very close urban fighting, and toi shoot a soldier so you can get his rifle.

Would-be tyrants know this, which is a key reason why arrogant a-holes like Schumer and Pelosi want to ban all "military-style" rifles, which account for a handful of deaths per year. If it were about saving lives, they'd obsess over traffic deaths, and fatty foods that cause heart attacks, and they'd keep out the foreign peasants who kill Americans.

We need rifles like that for exactly the reason that the Democrats hate them, because AR clones are like an antibiotic to an infection, and the Dems are the infection.

I once bought a rifle (yes, one with a "semiautomatic mechanism"), in NJ. It still had a red sticker on it saying "Not Legal for Sale in California". At the time, I thought that was just clever advertising.
