on guns and ammo this month february 2105..... nothing in january worried that i am becoming addicted.......how much do you spend monthly or yearly on guns and ammo? my gf would rather me go to the casnio......

My LGS keeps a record of all of my receipts... Been going there about 3 years and the last time I checked my total was 32k.

I'm in ramp up as a newer guy so I would guess $10,000/yr maybe.

I'm a late bloomer and have a lot of catch up to do. In the past 2 years, I have purchased 3 AR's, 2 Silencers, 3 scopes, reloading supplies for 4 calibers, factory ammo, and reloading components.

I don't want to add it up, I'm sure it is more than 10g's in the span of 2 years.

my last gun build took some precise spending and trickery and dodging the wife's interrogation..went something like this..honey i bought a savage model 111 for hunting she was ok with that...then....

seekings rings $120..honey the stock ones are terrible and won't hold the scope and it might fall off.
nightforce 20 moa base $100..honey i shoot animals long distance and need it for more elevation.
savage barrel nut wrench/action wrench, and clymer head space gages $200..honey the barrel i bought i can't replace without this stuff...
sightron s3 scope $1,000 honey the stock scope is crap and i cant see anything.
PDC custom aluminium chassis $700..honey the stock i have kicks too much.
benchmark match grade barrel $500..
so the wife finally asks me how much i have spent on this silly gun and all i say is wow honey...you look fabulous in that dress.

I have a don't ask don't tell policy when it comes to my firearms spending. I have easily put at least 1 or 2 online gun vendors children through College by now.
