Two shooters talking about red dot sights on AR rifles.

Shooter #1 - I have iron sights right now, don't know if I want a red dot.

Shooter #2 - Well, red dot sights are good, especially since you can get a coefficient with them.

I had a kid running a GPR tell me he was seeing "hyperboles" on his display.

I've said stupid things, too. And it's funnier with big words.

What it is see, is you get that red dot thangy and it calculates that coefficient of da Coriolis effect kind of like in dat movie da Matrix.

He may have loosely been referring to "coefficient of drag" as in bullet drop or "bullet drop coefficient"...

Some red dots do have bullet drop indicators. Perhaps they were using a red dot with them.
