Its nothing new , American presidents have been kissing azz for a long time, wether they do it in public or in the back rooms make no difference, theyre still azz kissers, they dont run any thing, theyre just the puppet of the new world order bosses and wall sreet banksters, Obama's asia trip is just to beg the Asians not to pull out of a Dollar based system to delay the crash of what is to come.

It doesnt m ean anything they all do it , Obama is only letting it hang out.

There's a photo, found at Rense.com (11/15), of Obama during the commemoration of Veteran's Day. Another example of just how low......

If you go to Japan and don't bow, no one will want to talk to you and you might as well leave. Not bowing to the Emperor in Japan will get you run out of the country.

Bowing is a greeting like smiling (between colleagues) or like a two handed handshake showing respect and connection with the other person. It's not kow-towing or prostration.

It'd be like coming to the States and not shaking people's hands. Socially awkward.

I personally prefer the Korean light bow over the American handshake. Reminds me of sleazy salesmen.

What would you have preferred him to do?

Yep, never thought I would be defending Obama, can't stand the mans politics, but bowing is fairly normal, traditional, and expected in Japan. I have no real problem with him bowing to people in Japan. It's a sign of respect not necessarily a sign of abdicating any power.

Well, did he? How is it relevant?

Did we nuke Japan last week and force them to surrender?

History is interesting, but Japan today is a different country. The previous set of people are dead.

Rub defeat in someone else's face, you get a Hitler.

As you know, part of the presidents role is to act as model for how the citizens are to present themselves. The message appears to be we should bend, grab our ankles and prepare for "government intrusion".

BTW, did you catch the "WTF, get away from me" look on the emperor's wife's face after the 6th or 7th bow?
I am ashamed of those who represent me.
