What I was doing Saturday ...
Well, yesterday (Saturday) I spent the morning and part of the afternoon make some goodies for the holidays. Too bad they won't be ready for christmas. Some people make cookies for the holidays, some of us Italians make wine and this (sopressata). We made about 250 lbs of it. Will be making about another 150 lbs next week too.
Not all mine .. actually only a few are mine. This batch was for my Dad, uncle, and cousins. Mine are part of the next batch.
About 70 lined up.
The whole batch drying ...

I love "ethnic" food. Too many families have let traditional food go by the way side. Keep up the good work.
