RANGE TRIP ANYONE??

Is anyone up for a local trip to the range today? I know this is spur of the moment, but I guess that is how it goes. Wexford does not have the best reputation, but I'm game if anyone wants to join me. I will have to stop at the Sportsmans Warehouse at Mt. Nebo Pointe to pick up some ammo and targets if anyone is interested in meeting up there. Let me know!

I was there yesterday, and it was scary...as usual on the weekends.

There was one guy in oversized carpenter jeans that arrived about same time as my friend and I. He was carrying a pistol in the pocket where you'd put a folding rule. Needless to say, it did just fell out!

Others with them had a pistol grip pump action shotgun they were waiving around. The girl had turned away with gun still in hand ready to shoot.

...I gotta join a club!

Yea you have to watch for those crazy gun totin rednecks or city slickers that have no formal gun safety knowledge. It is just soo hard to find range safety tips on the internet.

I acknowledge the fact that they weren't intending to do harm, however the fact that they don't acknowledge the dangers they present to other people in the area is what scares me. They don't even know they are doing anything improperly. They are just ignorant to the dangers that an improperly handled firearm can present.

i was there till almost 2 also ! I was fieldstripping my XD at about quarter till 2 maybe a little earlier. Had a black t shirt and sunglasses on with a black backpack and a Blackhawk holster...i was OC'ing...what do you look like? LOL
