"Shoot first, ask questions later"
This sure doesn't help the public perception of LEO community with this. At least it isn't here in PA.
Article here:

From the article:
San Bernardino County Supervisor Josie Gonzales closed a spontaneous address to hundreds of county staffers Wednesday with an unexpected and somewhat shocking message to county public safety employees.
"Shoot first and ask questions later," she said. "I'll take care of the lawsuits."
The comment came at the end of a county training seminar, in which County Administrative Officer Mark Uffer stressed the value of good customer service by county employees.

Re: "Shoot first, ask questions later"
Does this apply to citizens firing on the police as well???
Next time I get pulled over for a speeding ticket, I'll make sure to remember this idiot's words.
(just kidding)==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it."
~Thomas Jefferson, 1791

Well I guess if I ever need to use force, I can quote a Sheriff saying that.

Re: "Shoot first, ask questions later"
IS this really a surprise to anyone?
An enemy of liberty is no friend of mine!I do not owe respect to anyone who would enslave me by government force, nor is it wise for such a person to expect it!

If you think you have the right not to be offended. I suggest you promptly purchase a toe attachment and a twelve gauge. One time use is all that is necessary.
