    Default NJ Nail-Gun crime...

    http://cbs3.com/local/local_story_219134149.html

(AP) STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. A 77-year-old man killed his wife with a commercial grade nail gun before turning the nail gun on himself, authorities said Tuesday.

Police say they have not determined what might have motivated James B. Tompkinson, a retired teacher, to kill his 76-year-old wife, Susan.

A relative who went to their home in the Ocean Acres neighborhood around 7 p.m. Monday called 911 to ask for first aid.

When police arrived, Susan Tompkinson was dead of head and chest trauma and her husband was badly injured.

He was pronounced around 6 a.m. Tuesday at Southern Ocean County Hospital.

Police Lt. Thomas Dellane said there was no history of police calls to the couple's home.

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
    ~Samuel Adams

wonder if there will be cries out for further "nail gun control"

...actually I think you even need a permit or have to take some class or something or another to buy a nail gun in NJ even (i mean the .22 cal or gas based, etc)
Ahhh, it's good to live in a free state heh.

i predict every nail gun owner and purchaser in the state will be required to have the NJ Firearms Purchaser Identification Card for nail gun and ammo (nails) purchases for commercial and residential use...and since its a gun and not a rifle, separate permits for each gun purchase will be required with the local township police...and home depot and lowes and sears will need ffls to sell...

All of the laws on the books would not have stopped this loon, will these doofus political hacks EVER learn this??
