Moving to PA with firearms
Hello all,
I be moving to the Pittsburgh area in about 3 weeks and I will be cruising into town with some firearms.
I've done some surfing of the forums and haven't been able to find anything recent about moving with firearms.
I doesn't appear that I need to do anything regarding registering any of my firearms like you have to in CA but I thought I'd check in and ask.
Do I need to do anything with my firearms, a few handguns and a long gun, when I get into town?

As A further note. A license to Carry a Firearm is $20. No class to take or any of that. A one page form to your local sheriff. Some one will be along to tell you any quirks your local sheriff has. PA is a "shall issue" state. Even if you don't want to carry, the laws are rather strict about transport unless you have one. Get your PA driver's license ASAP! Usually around here on the forum we just put down as a LTCF.

Re: Moving to PA with firearms
To transport them to your new home you need to do nothing.
Be aware we do still have some anti gun laws that prohibit transporting handguns after you have made your move. Basically to and from a place of purchase, repair, or a range without a LTCf, which is easy and cheap to obtain once you have your DL or other suitable ID proving residency.FUCK BIDEN

Re: Moving to PA with firearms
Nope, except put them in your residence. Unless you have a LTCF, there are restrictions on carrying firearms in your vehicle, even in the trunk. To and from hunting. To and from the range. From place of purchase. To and from gunsmith, or place of repair. I probably missed something.
