    Default Sig 556 and Romy AK range report

    Went to the PGC range off of Rt.23 on Sat. and have this to report on my new rifles.

    Sig 556- Trigger was exellent no FTF or FTE was able to achieve 1/2" groups at 50 yds with Black hills 55gr ball ammo from the bench. No complaints at all. My optics setup is an aimpoint 7000SC red dot.

    Romanian WASR 10- No FTF or FTE was able to achieve 4" groups at 50yds with iron sights from a sand bag rest. With wolf hollow point military classic ammo.

    I didn't put a lot of rounds downrange just enough to zero weapons and get out of dodge.

    The Sig 556 is a excellent platform. Spent yesterday shooting my friends and was very impressed but we are not rich enough to shoot Black Hills Did well with Brit surplus.

    It's the remanufactured blue box ammo. I am by no means rich.
