LTC in the State of Delaware
I was wondering if the state of Delaware is going to honor a Pa. LTC in the state.
I was checking the Delaware website on a LTC. It seems that they honor states
that Pa. are also aloud to carry in.

Delaware is a Open Carry state (technically) But they won't honor the PA LTCF

Re: LTC in the State of Delaware
It's actually easier to get a Utah permit and carry as a non-resident permit holder than to get a Delaware carry permit even if you live there, read their process on getting one and you'll see.

I didn't see a Utah non-resident LTCF application on their page on a resident LTCF application

Re: LTC in the State of Delaware
You get the Utah permit from a local class or instructor Larry, they are all over the country, http://bci.utah.gov/CFP/CFPHome.html it's the same permit, res or non, Delaware honors the Utah permit and it's much easier than trying to get a Delaware permit.

Re: LTC in the State of Delaware
It is not that Delare requires training. lets get that myth out of the way.
West Virginia Requires training, Florida does to and we have reciprocity with both.
Reciprocity agreements usually require that each states gun laws have to be similar. That is why we do not have reciprocity with Delaware.
