Questions on Getting License to carry

Im thinking of trying to get a license to carry permit. I have no criminal charges not even a speeding ticket. Can they deny me becuase of my tattoos or Apperance? An I am currently laid off. It asks for employer, on the app. What should I put un-employed? An can they deny me for loss of job? Im going to be 21 in like 10 days. Things are happening where I live like crazy. At least in the past few months. Id rather be safe then sorry

They can only deny for the reasons listed in 18Pa.C.S.6109(e)

Thanks man, I should be good then. I didnt know if they could deny for that or not. Even though, I heard of big bikers covered in tattoos getting theres. Anyone got any Recomendations for a cheap but good quality carry gun?

You can get a used glock for $350 or even $300 if you shop around enough.
