info about H&R m14. and barrel date. please help

hi from italy guys
im new on this forum...and my english is bad..so excusme in first.

i will buy a H&R m14, received made in fiscal year 1962.
it is have a fiberglass stock and a barrel with this number
HR 7790190 7 64 AE
so i think it is a barrel made in jul-64

so my trouble... this barrel is the original one as issued when the rifle born..
or it is a replaced barrel?

i know about m1 garand..that barrel follow the year of production of the receiver */- 3 mounth...but dont know nothing about m14 barrel...
any help?

could be , this rifle, was rebuilt? so in arsenal they changed barrel and stock?
if yes, is there any marks from the rebuilt arsenal (like most i found on other stock, like AA or RIA etc??)
