    Congrats on the house.

    I,too, have used a few alternate backroad routes to avoid 209. They're digging up Old 115 through Saylorsburg again, so I have to give myself a little more time to get to work, but it does not appear to be as intense as it was last fall.
    ...and they have a plan...

    That cut off onto and off of Evergreen is a bitch at 715. I don't fish but if you flyfish you can get a permit from the township to fish that creek twice a year as a township resident.
    Nice area, the regional park will one day be in the area of Merwine, Evergreen and Hillcrest.

    Your south of the road so I'm guessing if the bypass around the lake ever comes it won't affect you, right?
