A rainy day equals no work fo me today. No work means I can go downtown and apply for my LTCF today.

In my area rainy days means mommies are sitting at the end of their 20 foot driveways talking on the cell phone while their SUVs guzzle gas and they guzzle their lattes. Wouldn't want little johnny and janey to get their coifs all wet before getting on the bus.
