    Default Gun case foam (similar to XDM)

    Im trying to locate a place that sells the firm type foam similar to whats in an XDM box from the factory. The egg crate stuff is a bit too flimsy as I want to do cut outs ( have a hot wire cutter). I have found some stuff online but shipping is almost as much as the product itself! Have also been to dicks, sports authority, home depot, lowes, hobby lobby, michaels, and staples with no luck. Anyone know for sure where I can find this stuff?

    Try a craft store. I got some for one of the kids projects that was very similar to whats in my XDM case.

    Music stores...I use the stuff in mic cases and effects boxes.
