Winter Warriors
Who else will be going out after Xmas for whitetail and what will you be using?
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Re: Winter Warriors
I'm going to try to get out a couple times with my bow. It's weird this yr I've seen two bucks already drop antlers. My dad's friend shot what he thought was a doe, turned out to be a buck that already shed. Usually this doesn't happen so early.

Re: Winter Warriors
Yep, I'll probably head out for a day or two. Probably the Thompson Firestorm .50 cal. Would love to do the bow thing, but too many layers I think will be required hampering solid shot placement. We'll see.
I did get my Buck this year, but I still have 2 doe tags."Send Lawyers, Guns and Money, the shit has hit the fan." - W. Zevon
