Just cant Decide
I carry daily as long as im not at work. I carry a SW Sigma 40 ( no booing , i love my gun ). My problem is I just cant decide a comfortable way to carry it. I usually carry at the small of my back in a Desantis nemisis holster. Its very comfortable for me and easy just to slide in. I want something a little more secure for small of the back than that though. I have a hard time carring on the hip due to Bursitis so small of the back is the most comfortable. Anyone have any suggestions on type of holster ( brand , name )?

Re: Just cant Decide
The desantis is similar to what im carring now. I have the Nemisis to tuck in the small of my back. Im trying to find something a little more secure. Something with either belt attachments , or clip that I can still use in the small of myback. I cant do the usual hip carry do to bursitis in both hips , it causes me pain after 20 minutes or so. I carry small of theback with no problem. The Sigma is larger frame so that is also a easier way to conceal it.

I have a crosbreed supertuck that I wear all the time. It's nice because you have a big chunk of leather against youb body to spred out the load. I see they have a SOB model now.

Re: Just cant Decide
Have you considered a should carry or hybrid shoulder design?
All the big names in leather and kydex make a shoulder rig and many of them are very comfortable albeit a little pricey but it has been my experiences spend the most $$$ on training, than get a good gun and than spend $$$ on a good holster, and ammo rounds out the bottom.
Hyrbid holster examples below.

http://www.511tactical.com/browse/Ho...:10801/I/40011<-- Example 3
These are not expensive examples but it will give you some idea of the options out there.
I personally have nothing but great things to say about belly bands. If you get one in the right size they slim your belly, you can carry almost everything you can on a duty belt on a belly band if it is set up right and no one will even know it! They are nice and wide and distribute that weight better than a duty belt. If I could use one at work I totally would.
Just keep your mind open and the various new designs will look a little more apealling.
Stay safe, -Josh.
