Question about negative reps........???
Saw a post in classifieds. Noticed that the contributor had 8 red blocks and a neg rep status. I was wondering how he achieved this with one post? My lack of computer savvy may be showing. Anybody have the answer?
Moderator, I am genuinely curious as opposed to just trying to stir up trouble. If my question is out of line please delete accordingly. Thank you.

Check his posts. Someone probably bombed him because they thought he was asking to much money for something.

Re: Question about negative reps........???
My perosnal opinion is neg rep should be disabled. Theres absolutely no reason for it. Just like how facebook doesn't have a "dislike" button.
If you don't like someones post you can either post in the thread, PM them, or just plain ignore it. A neg rep is petty, childish, and even a little sneaky. Like ringing someones doorbell and running away.
I'm completely against it.[account deactivated]

Knight,
no sense in wasting space, I too have a neg rep question. I Neg repped a guy and later came to see it was a complete misunderstanding. I plan on sending him positive rep to make up for the offense but I still get the must spread thing. How long does it usually take to be able to rep again?

Re: Question about negative reps........???
If I am reading it right you need to rep ten people before giving it to him again.
