Default New Don Hume IWB for SA-XD

Don Hume holsters has done it again. I had the same model for my old sigma and it worked great. So I decided we'll go with the same thing for my SA-XD 45 and dontcha know it works perfect!

I decided to wear it with my XD-Gear magazine holster, just to see how well everything concealed. All day at work yesterday, I was packing the XD and 2 extra mags in the holster with nobody able to notice including myself. Not bad, being able to conceal 40 rounds of 45ACP lol. Anytime I pack that much, I feel better (Personal choice would rather have more ammo than ever needed than not enough). But I feel like such a mall ninja.

Here's some pics of the holster, dont have any with me wearing it yet though.

    2 Questions:

How well can you draw with it? (does the holster come out, I'm used to snap on belt type holsters)
How well does it grip the gun?

I have a kydex IWB holster, but its quite large and I need a new one.

    Interesting.

Same questions as Delta. Looks like a very (too?) tight fit. Also, what's the Hume part number?

    Thanks!

Note to self, don't piss off Skuggi

It stays put, it also stays open for re-holstering. The belt clip has a ridge at the bottom that kind of goes under the belt.

It fits tight as part of the retention. I can do shoulder rolls and the gun stays put, it will only come out if i draw it in a drawing motion. I can be a little off center and it will still release. I also keep my belt fairly tight with no issues.

    Edit: Hume No: H715M NO.XD45-4

that number is for a 4" barrel model, for the tactical model change 4 to 5

I use the same model holster, but made for the XD sub compact... love it! Perfect fit, but easy draw. Easy re-holstering thanks to double thick leather at opening. If worn as intended (IWB), then yeah you could do rolls

I do wish it had a slight cant, but I can live without it. Great holster!

wear a smaller belt, lets it play a bit, then just tighten up the belt
