I haven't even bought ammo. None of the people I know bought anything either. So much for the unarmed Democrats. Everyone always thinks conservatives are the only competent gun owners. It takes about an hour to get someone to be proficient with an AR. They are also backed by billionaires, Apple, Google, Facebook and almost every news organization. I think we are the underdogs.
Any vote for a third party is a vote for a Democrat. You are the enemy.

I heard that Alburtis Rod & Gun has picked up 250 new members in the past few months. I also heard that someone's rifle "accidentally" fired while another member was downrange tending his targets. I hope that all of the new owners are doing their due diligence and acting responsibly with their new guns.

I don't think it is a statement on the economy, while I believe it is strong, or skipping lunch.

Since the "Wolf shut down" and other Governor's closings, there are less places to spend money. Eating at home, watching TV and reading tends for someone to have more money to spend on-line if they want to.

They better change political parties, one that will not try to demonize them outlaw their new purchase.

I have not yet spent a single penny on guns, ammo, or accessories this year... First time since 2007. The massive buying I had done since 2008, and the lessons learned about panic buying (buy them cheap and stack them deep, during 2017 - 2018), afford me of my inactivity.

Not as if I didn't even try to spend money on guns. I am waiting on a few Garands on order from CMP right now. Quoted wait time is up to 60 days.

How things have changed in the face of more gun owners than ever before.
The fcuking NRA blew its credibility sticking by Wayne " need more suits" Lapierre.

And the 2A community is NOT a hive think group.

Getting consensus around here is like herring cats.

They should be a hive group voting for and supporting 2 A candidates. This having nothing to do with support or lack thereof of the NRA.
If not, the anti voters are fully behind their candidates and in the end will destroy legitimate firearm ownership through the courts and legislatures.

The collective firearm owners in this country are their own worst enemies for not forming a "hive"

I could give 2 fucks about Wayne's suits.

The NRA is the strongest 2A group in DC and that is all I care about. Stop with the circular firing squad for God's sake.

I was a registered Democrat and voted for Obama in his first term. At some point during the first term I realized I no longer agreed with the direction of the Democratic Party. I had always been pretty socially liberal and fiscally conservative but the older I get the more I realized I was most interested in a smaller federal government and protecting rights. I don’t believe that either party wants a smaller Federal Government but the Democratic Party has made it very clear that they don’t care about my rights so hear I am. Even through all of that I didn’t purchase my first firearm until January 2019. I have purchased both ammunition and firearms through this current craze but I have tried to be selective and buy things at reasonable prices as they pop up.
