Default "Nothing with a face on it."

So I went to Target World yesterday to continue breaking in my new toy (CZ 75 SP01) and I brought some of my Osama targets with me. I noticed that they didn't sell any bad guy targets there so I asked if I could shoot some bad guy targets, the answer, "Nothing with a face on it." The guy was busy so I didn't have time to ask why, but I am curious if this is some PA state law.

I doubt if it is a law, probably just some feel good policy the shop put into effect to make the liberals happy.

BTW...Welcome to the forums! Glad to have you aboard!

I know some states do not allow "humanoid" or human figure targets. I think their purpose is more of a PR/image thing.

    Be safe (and realistic).

As a form of protest, you could leave all your targets looking like this...

    I asked someone this.
Bullseye over the head is a strict no.

Talking Re: "Nothing with a face on it."

So deer, coyote, turkey etcetera would also be off limits?

Then I guess they incorrectly stated their policy. They should have said no 'humanoid' targets shouldn't they.
