Who was that speaking?

I am all for the angry citizen but I don't think we are ready to kill people if the vote(d) for the bailout. Nor do I think the Government is going to start gunning us down for opposing it, at least not until Obama and Ayers get into white house. I do think the government has some kind of plan to restore peace if America quickly deteriorated into actual unruly chaos.
