Default Inmates may be released due to budget

    Wow... just wow.

would be a lot cheaper to start killing people
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

    Release all non-violent drug offenders.

    Problem solved.

Well to be honest if they released the small time pot smokers they have locked up (NY has some STUPID laws about pot) it wouldn't bother me a bit. I read a story a while back about a woman that was doing 15-life for a 3rd offense on possession of less than an ounce in NY .. yup you heard it right.

They really just need to decriminalize pot nationwide and commute the sentences of those in for simple possession .. just doing that would probably release 20% of the prison population.

Here's an interesting page I found while trying to search for how many people are in prison for marijuana possession. Not 100% sure if their facts are right but man if they are there's a shit load of OUR money being wasted on this stupidity:

yup i'd believe it. The number of people in jail for drug offenses is outrageous...

    Marijuana is a gateway drug...........

Arresting same is a gateway arrest..........

Simply put, its easy to lock up the stoners so cops do. This is simply an excellent way to train the new guys so when they move up to say a 2nd grader bringing a knife to school they have it covered.

In reality, what they want to do is to be able to free up jail space so they can arrest even more of the same. Sooner or later they'll have everyone incarcerated for a felony whatever and you know what you can't have when you are a felon.

98% (or more) of the money our government takes from our wallets is spent wastefully and stupidly.
