Home from Hospital / A - FIB
I just got home from hospital where I was carried last week in full Arrhythmia . They tried loading me on amiodarone to through my heart back into rhythm . It didn't work but did slow the rhythm down to where they think I will be okay at home on a lower dose of amiodarone . Prayers welcome .
Don't blame me ; I voted for an American .

Did they give you a cardiac stress test? When I had that problem I received a chemical stress test and ended up getting four stents.

Re: Home from Hospital / A - FIB
It's not fun being in an irregular rhythm. At least it sounds like you are able to function while you are in a-fib. When I was in the hospital with atrial flutter, I was immobilized. I couldn't even sit up in bet without getting light-headed and passing out. Maybe this is one of the differences between atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation.
Anyway, I hope that you will go back to normal soon. It's always a relief when you check your pulse and can feel distinct and regular beats.Proud friend of the Noble family.
