Lost father and guns missing??

Lost my old man 2 yrs ago. Before my sister banned me from his residence I was able to get all info of weapons in house. I was told all guns my dad was holding were returned to their owners. Also I was told that all guns were brought to my grandfathers house. That was a lie Now that is how I was able to get my list. All beni's were present in the house when I wrote my list. It took me over for hours to write make models and SS#'s. Fast forward to present around March 5th 2008. Had meeting with sister "who is excetutrix" and her list is 10 guns shy. She stated "they were my grandfathers".
Now with my grandfather in a home and my uncle in charge of his estate. How do I go about getting info checked on those missing guns. PLUS I need to add my grandfater is a 2nd and my father is a 4th, as in same names.

Sounds like you need a lawyer of your own to challenge this. How is it that you let your sister "ban" you from the house?

Get the police or even better, sick the ATF on her.

Well the rest of the guns were put up for auction. We received notice 11 days before that date. We faxed over a copy to her lawyer so he could have her take the 2 I wanted off the list for sale. Pretty much she refused "saying there was nothing she could do!" She is suppose to provide proof of those 10 guns that are my grandfathers. No info has been sent foward yet and its 3 months later.
My lawyer did rip into her and made her cry. As for banning me from the house this she is able to do in best interest of the estate. " she said my brother could live in my dads house and pay utlities." This is wrong and now one of them owe the rent/mortgage rate is he was staying there. This woman just kept digging her a bigger hole.
