Isn't this the kind of thing that politicians keeps threatening is going to happen? "The streets will run red with the blood of people who parked in the wrong spot" or something like that?

Accounts are now saying the "victim" pulled and shot first, prompting the security guard to return fire. Brings to mind that old addage about being the "fastest miss".
