Only an option, noting that someone else brought it up here, saying they were "needed". I agree that there are very legitimate reasons to actively shield one's identity in any way possible at these types of events.

They are certainly completely voluntary, and there is no requirement to use any real or known screen name even if choosing to use one as some type of identifier as part of the larger group.

Oh yeah I absolutely thought that was a good idea a year ago, now with all the doxxing and trying to prosecute conservatives for anything these loonies can think of, I'd rather do what I can now to not become a target. I'm not telling anyone not to do it, I'm just saying I'd probably think differently about it now than I did last summer.

Maybe a block or two. Somebody can probably drive you over - but be warned, at the last one, the police blocked off the main street in front of the capitol so walking was mandatory.

I will already be in Harrisburg, so I am in. We meeting for breakfast first ???

Two items:

1) Cookout and get together as usual afterwards for all PAFOA folks: another thread will be started for that one.

2) Last year I chatted the police up in their gun storage room out back in the northeast corner. They claimed to have the capability to hold rifles in that room as well. It would be worth a call to verify, I think we may get more folks inside afterwards that way!
