Congrats on your new Wilson! Looks like a great carry pistol... What finish is that? It looks a lot like the finish on my Nighthawk Vickers Recon.

So far so good, though I don't carry it much. I use it as a training pistol, it rides in a Tucker holster that is leather lined and I am sure that helps. In all honesty Nighthawk had to rebuild it so I can't say for sure what finish it is... It seems to be holding up better than the Bear Coat on my Les Baer SuperTac which seems prone to actually chipping. They have offered to refinish it, I just haven't taken them up on it because the pistol runs so well. If I have learned one thing with 1911's, its leave them alone when they run...
