FFL?
How old must one be to get thier FFL? I really would like to start collecting/shooting old rifles and it appears that I need an FFL to get them. What does it take to get an FFL?

Re: FFL?
You dont need to but its much harder to find the older rifles in shops.
The C&R FFL is what you want to get for the old military surplus rifles and anything made over 50 years ago. You can send away for it for free from the ATFs website.Freedom is paid with the blood of those who understand what being free really means. (Me)

You must be 21 to apply for the Curios and Relics license, the same as if you were applying for a dealers license. I believe this is so because there are handguns listed in the C&R book and you must be 21 in order to purchase a handgun.
The ATF website will give you all the particulars and tell you how to get the application forms.Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member
