    Default Bought a Ruger Redhawk 4" SS 44 mag

    Well I finally bought a 44 mag. I bought the Ruger Redhawk 4" SS 44 mag. I toyed with idea of a 500 S&W, Taurus Tracker, Raging Bull and after it was all said and done I settled on the Ruger. It got great reviews and can shoot any 44 magnum load, which no other 44 mag can do. It is a thing of beauty. The only problem was at bass pro they had no ammo for it. I can't wait to get it out and take it for a drive. Hoping to bag a doe with it next year. If anyone has one I'd love to hear how they like theirs.

    I have a .44 mag redhawk. It has a 7 1/2 " barrel and sports a burris 2x scope. I can cover 5 shots with a quarter rested at 25 yards with handloads. You're gonna love it.

    I'm so glad I bought it over the Taurus. It really is a nice piece.
