Loaded gun found in toy section of SC Target store
Of course, the usual suspects are using this as a springboard to bully Target into banning guns in their stores. Some are theorizing it may be the act of an anti-gun activist. While possible, risking someone (especially a kid) getting accidentally shot to advance your agenda is downright sociopathic. Then again, why would a CC'er ever remove a weapon while inside the store, lay it on a shelf of toys and then forget about it and walk off? Seems highly improbable...

Not all people who carry guns hold valid LTCFs, and not all LTCF holders are responsible people. I wouldn't put it past an anti to do this, but I suspect it was simply a fool.

Re: Loaded gun found in toy section of SC Target store
As fucked up as some people are I wouldn't rule out it being planted by some fucked up individual. But at the same time I can see some drunk retard from the boonies with half his teeth being wasted out of his mind and forgetting his gun. Then again it COULD have been a normal CCer BUT I Don't see any reason why any right minded individual would pull out his concealed firearm and place it on a shelf and leave it there. Let alone pull it altogether for no reason. Seems a bit fishy

Taking into account the recent attempt by Bloomberg's Angels to compel Target to disallow firearms in its stores, the timing of this 'misplaced' firearm is rather unbelievable.
