    Default concrete shooting bench height?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question.... Looking to build a concrete shooting bench. Not so much concerned about how to actually build it, but would like some advice, or opinions, on height of "table" and "bench/seat?

    Make table only from concrete.

Make benches from wood, or use chairs / stools. Warmer on the butt, and adjustable with a saw.

Primarily you using it? Find a comfortable chair, measure it. There's your bench height. Now, while sitting in that chair, determine a comfortable height for your "table top". Comfortable for you is the key. Most of us probably aren't your height/weight, so comfortable for us doesn't really matter.

Personally, at most I'd make a frame of concrete. Make the actual tabletop and bench from wood. Warmer to sit on, and less likely to scratch up guns and other equipment placed on the table....

Sitting on concrete for extended periods of time, can give you hemorrhoids.

To me the most important dimension is the relationship between the seat height and the table height. I need the bench to fall somewhere mid-torso in order to settle in behind a scoped rifle and be comfortable. That height also allows me to shoot a revolver off the bench from a rest without contorting my body in such a way that I cannot get a stable position.
